Located in the far north of New Zealand the property is located between the Bay of Islands and the Hokianga.
The proposal seeks to create a homestead garden with a diverse mix of native plants, subtropical shrubs and South African restiads, a planting scheme to reflect the warmer climes of the far north of New Zealand.
A new terrace has been built to the east of the house adjoining the kitchen and living room. The terraces is set within sweeping planting.
The garden is under construction with planting on-going.
